Our Lightning pans have been such a huge hit in Australia, so we wanted to make them more accessible for our American friends - designed for the USA, made in Australia. These workhorse pans are less than half the weight of cast iron, and even come seasoned for you so you can get straight to cooking!

Introducing the newest additions to our USA-made US-ION range:
Our new 10" US-ION™ Quenched™ Lightning Skillet is tough, light and built to last! Now in 2.5mm (0.105" or 49/500") thickness, for a lighter skilletthatoffers fast, even heating. Quenched seasoned and ready to cook! We've eliminated every non-essential cost and cut our margins to the bone, while retaining the superlative performance of our skillets. We've simplified the handle vents and replaced the costly CNC machine-rounded edges with pressed-round edges where they are needed most: around the handle, not the skillet rim.
Our 10" US-ION™Flaming Skillet nests perfectly with the 10” US-ION Lightning skillet, the 10" US-ION™ 'standard 3mm' skillet or the 26cm AUS-ION™ skillet to catch any drips for gravy or jus, and for easy transfer of roasts and thick steaks from flame sear and seal to finish off in the oven. Our Flaming Skillets were initially developed for a professional kitchen. After destroying pans constantly, Neil Perry and his chefs at Rockpool restaurant in Sydney, Australia, asked us to develop an indestructible flame grilling pan for his acclaimed restaurant...so we did!
