Backerkit surveys have now been sent!

Dear Solidteknics family
As we said in our last update, this campaign we are sending our surveys through BackerKit, which also offers you access to more Solidteknics products as add-ons. Some backers were also able to take advantage of a new beta system for add-ons through Kickstarter before the campaign closed. We have introduced both of those new systems in this campaign, and it has become obvious that a little tweaking is needed to resolve some discrepancies. Bear with us while we sort these out!
In the meantime, some pledges are showing a credit when the survey is opened. This is most likely due to carrying over shipping costs between the new Kickstarter add on system and the Backerkit system. The credits should not be used for other add-on purchases - it is required to cover the shipping. If you have questions around this, please contact us directly [email protected].

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer any questions about your rewards, provide your shipping information, and purchase any add-on items you would like. If you have a change of heart, you can go back later and change your responses. We will give you a couple of days warning before closing the surveys and making our final pledge counts in order for production to commence.

Thanks to YOU and 875 other backers, our new US-ION™ Lightning 7.5" Skillet is going into production! We are truly humbled and grateful for the huge support and are as excited as you, to get you cooking on your new forever pans!
Your to-do list:
While celebrating this historic moment in American manufacturing, please keep an eye on your emails for declined credit card transaction notices from Kickstarter (and how to fix them), or from your bank flagging suspicious activity.
The banks reject around 10% of credit card debits from Kickstarter (particularly if you are in the USA) so, if this happens to yours, please contact your bank to assure them we're legit and you're committed to your pledge to our campaign. Just like we fulfill our promises to ship rewards all our backers, we're counting on you to follow through and help keep this new cookware industry alive!
Your pledged total versus your reward
If you have added extra pans to your reward without using the in-built Kickstarter add on feature, please let our team know by email to [email protected]. We cannot alter your original reward level; we will keep notes of your add-ons, but your reward level will not change. Although the campaign has closed, it is not too late to add more to your pledge! ADDRESS SURVEYS - address details are vital!
This campaign we are trialing our surveys through BackerKit, which also offers you access to more Solidteknics products as add-ons. You may be familiar with the usual look and feel of our Kickstarter campaign surveys - this one will look a little different, so keep an eye out! We will be initiating the surveys earlier than usual, to allow our team more time to gather every address before we are ready to ship. Look for your survey in the coming days.
Please help us get your pan to you on time.
Collating the shipping lists can take weeks. PLEASE fill out all fields of the address survey, and please double-check your address is written correctly to help speed things up. For most domestic and international shipments we use UPS. We cannot use foreign characters when creating shipping labels within UPS, so please no Cyrillic, Kanji or Hangul - UPS can only accept English alphabet. 감사합니다, 有難うございます and Спасибо!
A reminder to our international backers
Please note that as importer, you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes payable on imported products from the USA. As regulations vary across countries, we cannot advise on this!
