We are still in the process of shipping the final earlybird rewards from this campaign, and estimate that all earlybird/January rewards will have shipped by the middle of next week.
We are pleased to announce that skillets estimated for February shipping (non-earlybird rewards) are almost ready to ship. If you need to let us know of any changes to your delivery address, please email us at [email protected] with your backer number and new details. We will send out tracking numbers when rewards have shipped.

Lightning update: January shipping for earlybird rewards

Happy new year! May 2021 bring you all that you hope for.
We'd like to start off your year in solid style, with the shipping of earlybird rewards!
If you're not sure if you backed an earlybird, the name of your reward will be one of the following:
- Pledge $29 EARLYBIRD 7.5" Lightning Skillet
- Pledge $87 3 x EARLYBIRD 7.5" Lightning Skillet
- Pledge $118 EARLYBIRD 7.5" Lightning + 7.5" nöni
- Pledge $464 Earlybird 7.5" Lightning FULL SET
NB. We ship one reward at a time.
Shipping is expected to commence next week, and we will send tracking numbers when rewards are packed and ready to be dispatched from the factory.
Please note that we create shipping labels well in advance of shipping: if you get a notification that a UPS label has been created for you, please know that the delivery date is an estimate based on shipping that day - a revised estimate will be determined when the package is actually on the move.
If you are an earlybird backer and need to advise us of a change of address, please email us with your backer number and new details at [email protected]. Shipping lists have been compiled, so edits to your delivery address through Backerkit surveys may not be noticed.

Thank you for being so responsive to answering your surveys through Backerkit, and for bearing with us while we worked through some pledge amount discrepancies.
We are on schedule to ship the earlybird pledges in January! If you are an earlybird backer and have not yet completed your survey, please respond now or your shipment may be delayed.
To request a link to a lost survey, enter the email address you used for Kickstarter in the "Lost your survey?" section on our BackerKit project page at https://solidteknics-lightning-iron-skillet.backerkit.com, and click "Get my survey".

Dear Solidteknics family
A quick reminder that we are using Backerkit for post-campaign add-ons and address surveys for this 7.5" US-ION Lightning campaign.
The last day to complete your Backerkit surveys - and to purchase any add-on items - is this Wednesday, November 25. The surveys will close at 10pm Pacific Time. After this time, we will lock your reward selections and charge your cards for add-on item purchases. If you need to update your shipping address after this date, please email us at [email protected] with your new details, and your backer number.
Pledge amount discrepancies
Some pledges are showing a credit when the survey is opened, which is most likely due to carrying over shipping costs between the new Kickstarter add-on system and the Backerkit system. The credits should not be used for other add-on purchases - it is required to cover the shipping. We are still working through these discrepancies, and will contact each effected backer to resolve these. This will not affect the estimated delivery of your rewards. If you have questions around this, please contact us directly at [email protected].
